Common Questions
Yes. You can complete ear impressions at the ACS Custom stall which will then be manufactured and sent directly to you. You can also purchase Universal earplugs and IEMs on the day to take home immediately.
No booking required, just visit the booth. If it’s busy, our team will guide you through next steps.
Ear impressions typically take 10–15 minutes. We’ll explain everything and make it quick and comfortable. Once your impressions are scanned and sent to our UK lab, your custom product will be manufactured and delivered to Australia within approximately 4-6 weeks.
