Existing customers: if we have a valid ear impression on file (less than two years old), we’ll process your order and ship it as soon as your custom product is ready.
New customers: if you don’t have an ear impression on file with ACS, or if your impression is more than two years old, we’ll email you after you place your order to discuss options for getting one done.

I've had a pair of ACS custom
"I've had a pair of ACS custom moulded earplugs for over a year, and they've been great. I had a need for IEMs and it was an absolute no-brainer; I had to go with ACS again. The plan was to use them in the same setting (mainly with my band in the practice room and on stage) so it was really great that I could the IEMs in exactly the same sound reduction spec as my normal earplugs. Same dB reduction, same fit, all things I already knew I was comfortable with. On top of that, the quality of the drivers in these IEMs is absolutely fantastic. At least as good sound quality as any of my ear buds (a couple of which are what you'd consider fairly high end). I doubt I'll ever need to buy another set of IEMs in my life."
