Existing customers: if we have a valid ear impression on file (less than two years old), we’ll process your order and ship it as soon as your custom product is ready.
New customers: if you don’t have an ear impression on file with ACS, or if your impression is more than two years old, we’ll email you after you place your order to discuss options for getting one done.
ACS PRO17 Custom Earplugs
Custom made soft silicone earplugs. The PRO17 hearing protection filter gives the most accurate response of any hearing protector in the world. Popular with musicians, DJs, vocalists, sound engineers and frequent visitors to gigs and clubs.

ACS PRO Series Filter Interchangeability
The acoustic filter in your ACS PRO custom earplugs is fully modular and can be easily swapped out. Filters in the PRO10, PRO15, PRO17, PRO20, and PRO26 range all share identical physical dimensions and are 100% interchangeable within any standard PRO series earpiece. Please note that the higher-attenuation PRO27 and PRO31 filters utilise a larger physical cavity design; while they are interchangeable with each other, they cannot be fitted into earpieces custom-moulded for the PRO10–26 filter range.
*Filter design may differ as we have a crossover in stock of new design. The technical specification of the filters remains exactly the same.

"I’ve been using these at concerts for a while - and what really impressed me is how the music is noticeably quieter without losing any clarity or detail. At stadium shows, it also helps cancel out some of the echo - giving a better overall experience. The Pro17 model feels best suited to casual / occasional use. If I was attending gigs more regularly, I’d want a higher level of noise attenuation."
"Very pleased with my ear plugs. My impressions were taken by John during a pop up event in Glasgow. John was great and explained the process through and showed all the available products for future thought. He also took an extra impression to ensure the plugs were right first time. Turn around time was very quick. I received my plugs just over a week after the impressions were sent off. Now theyve arrived, theyre very nice quality and comfy to wear. After a few mins of them being in i forget theyre there. Would deffinately recommend to others"
"I'm a professional Sound Engineer, and I use and need my ears on a daily basis to do my job. I live in London and as you can imagine it's a very noisy city. With ACS earplugs not only I can work protecting my ears, as I work in the live event industry, I'm constantly surrounded by loud music and loud venues, but I also use them while commuting to work and while I'm walking around London. I can only recommend this product is literally life changing, I couldn't imagine my daily life without them. !!!"
"Stunning! They're super comfy and easy to place, but most importantly, you don't know they're there. Running FoH sound at an event @~87dB at FoH, ~101dB at the Mojo, I had to take one out "to see if they were working". They were! Unbelievably flat response with only a slightly greater attenuation at the low end. Hf is, as far as I can tell, completely unaffected, just quieter. So often hearing defence really colours the sound you hear. These don't! Very highly recommended. My *only* caveat is that the silicone could be 1 or 2 grades softer for increased comfort for longer wearing times, but don't let this small point put you off. Well worth the money. (FoH engineer with over 30 years experience)"

"Bought these to reduce sound in my right ear when trying to hear comms in my left whilst working followspot in theatre. But I still need to hear the show! Generic plugs don’t fit well and come loose and so don’t block out enough sound. My ACS moulds block out just the right level, fit snuggly and are very comfortable which means I can forget about them. Not cheap, but they are the perfect solution."

"Been trying various off the shelf filtered earplugs for years with naff results. Finally bit the bullet and got some of these. Absolute game changer. Super clear sound, can hear everything but at a safe volume. Wish I'd bought them years ago. Any other guitariats on the fence you must try. Probably the biggest tonal improvement you can buy Make sure you get the ones with a cord and in a bright colour so you don't loose them."
